ENTREPRENEURSHIP
We support women and girls interested in pursuing entrepreneurial paths by providing them with access to business training, mentorship programs, and networking opportunities to develop their skills and expand their professional network.
NEW TECHNOLOGIES
We offer programs focused on coding, digital literacy, and emerging technologies, equipping girls and women with the skills needed to thrive in the digital field. We also offer access to resources such as training and networking events to empower women to pursue and succeed in technology-related careers.
CREATIVE INDUSTRIES
We aim to build networks where female freelancers from creative fields can connect, collaborate, and share resources, fostering a supportive community that empowers women to succeed and grow their creative endeavours.
OUR PROJECTS
Hackart
„Hackart” is a project that supports interdisciplinary (creation of scriptwriting, drawing, storytelling, non-fiction art) artistic collaboration, aimed at disseminating knowledge of women’s history. As part of it, there will be a comic book hackathon on women patriots preceded by three online workshops on graphic novel creation. The event will result in presentation of comics and networking among the participants. The aftermath of the hackathon will be the publication of a printed anthology of all hackathon works and their exhibition.
A(i)rt Youth
A(i)rt Youth is an Erasmus+ project involving 4 partners accross EU. It aims to design a course that facilitates and encourages first experiences with AI-created artworks and to develop critical and analytical skills in art. It will raise awareness of innovative technologies that are having a significant impact on the art sector and equip young people with skills that enable them to critically evaluate these new tools.

OPEN COFFEE
A bi-monthly series of open networking coffees for women in creative fields. We talk, disccuss challenge, exhcnage opportunties and share resources. Join us in Cracow in next session in April!

HACKART
A 1-month online academy finalised in a comic marathon to present the stories of women in history. The „Hackart” project focuses on training participants in storytelling and research to showcase the forgotten profiles of women in a graphic format.

YOUTH EXCHANGE
Erasmus+ project that aims to offer young people an opportunity to develop critical skills around AI in the art world and understand advantages and challenges it brings to the creative industries. Kick-ff meeting will be held in May, while participants will be traveling to Tartu, Estonia in September 2024.

ABOUT US
Magda Wesoły
Trained designer involved with the non-profit sector, managing innovation, coordinating entrepreneurship programs and supporting female entrepreneurs. She works on interdisciplinary projects on the edge of entrepreneurship and design. She has been mainly involved with initiatives supporting entrepreneurship, including managing the StartupLeadership Program, Hackathons and Workshops. Her interests still concern gender inequality in the startup ecosystem
Kasia Rodacka
At the Krakow Academy of Fine Arts, she was an assistant coordinator of the Open Eyes Art Festival, during which she co-organized exhibitions in various cultural institutions in Krakow. She was responsible for organizing the conference “It’s complicated. Gender Balance in Leadership”.She cooperated with the Association of the Regional Volunteer Center in Krakow, where she coordinated the project „Know, decide, act – how to engage youth”
